Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellations as long as your order has not been processed (prepped, especially those that are custom orders). If you insist that you must cancel your custom order and it has already been completed, we charge a cancellation fee of 10%.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes we do!  "Snatch A Cup"  is a little clever idea we came up with for those who want to purchase a tumbler, but do not want to pay full price.  Tumblers listed here will be ones that we created for practice, as samples, returns, or ones with little imperfections but fully functional.  They are all unique, all at a discounted price.  If you are interested, just snatch one up by going to the page and add it to your cart!  Enjoy until you are ready to request a custom tumbler of your own.  We also have specials on our glitter from time to time.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be of same priced items.  If the new item costs more, the customer will be asked to pay the difference.

Shopping Questions
Decals

Do you sell decals without a custom tumbler order?

No, currently we do not sell decals individually... only with a tumbler order.  We may change this in the future depending on demand.

Glitter

Do you create custom mixes?

Yes, we create custom mixes internally only.  All mixes are decided on internally and are hand-mixed by Nikki'z Cateyez Creationz.  We do not make custom glitter mixes from customer requests.  We are taking note of this interest and hopefully we will be able to do custom mixes per request in the future; most likely when we are ready to go live on our social platforms because it would be easier if a customer can view these mixes being created from start to finish "in person".

What are the different types of glitter that you sell?

Currently, we only sell chunky and ultra fine sized glitter.  We will consider fine, medium and jumbo chunky in the future.  Our inventory includes the following types: color-shifting, glow-in-the dark, holographic, iridescent, matte, and metallic. We plan to expand to more sizes and types in the future.  For custom tumblers, in addition to our glitter products, we also have a separate glitter inventory from our vendors that we use for such crafts.  That inventory includes sizes and types such as extra fine and fine, chunky, holographic, metallic, iridescent, color-shifting and shapeshifting glitter.

Can you explain the glitter types in more detail?

Cateyez Glitter gives icy and ethereal.  It resemble the reflective, kaleidoscopic look of a cat's eye with inspiration from natural cat eye hues like blue, green, and yellow... depending on the angle of light. With that hypnotic 3D effect, this glitter is a perfect blend of simple, chic, and glamorous.

Color-Shifting / Chameleon Glitter will first appear as one shade of color then shift to another and possibly another depending on the angle. Color shifting glitter is great for those who prefer multiple colors for their project but cannot decide on just one.

Glow-in-the-Dark Glitter is a special type of glitter that emits a luminous glow after being exposed to light. It contains phosphorescent or fluorescent pigments that absorb and store light energy, which is then gradually released in the dark, creating a glowing effect.  It is best charged by natural UV light, the sun!

Holographic Glitter reflects an entire spectrum of light creating a "rainbow" of colors.

Iridescent Glitter is typically a translucent, pearl-like, single color-based flake with one color reflection or sparkle. Different from color shifting or metallic glitter in the sense that color reflection is caused from the shine of the glitter and not the angle in which you are viewing it.

Matte / Macaron Glitter is with a soft & stable shimmer.  The color is flat with a milky tone.

Metallic Glitter is with a stable mirror-like solid shine that gives an elegantly simple finish to your project.  It creates a pretty reflection of light with no rainbow shine like holographic glitter.

Regarding your glitter inventory, is that all of the colors that you have?

No.  We try to only display main colors since we have over 100+ options..  We have several that are similar to each other, so we tend to leave duplicate colors off, but will suggest the other options depending on what our customers put in their notes.

Do you sell shaped glitter?

No.  Most of our glitter is in hexagon shape, which is most common and provides high reflection.  We also have one iridescent glitter in square shapes.  Other shaped glitter is in our glitter inventory for crafting projects, but not for sale.

Tumblers

When ordering a custom tumbler, what does flow, glow or effect mean?

Flows just mean how fast you want the glitter to move inside the tumbler.  Glow means that you want some of the glitter inside the tumbler to glow-in-the-dark.  If you do not want glitter inside your tumbler and you would rather have an effect, we can make it look like a cup of milk, strawberry milk, chocolate milk or hot cocoa or even a cup of coffee.  You can even use non-traditional colors; it is all up to you.   We can also choose a lava or blood drip effect, which are mostly used for Halloween or scary themed decals.  If you would like to check out some examples, please go to Flows and Effects Explained on our tumblers page.

Can I use frosted tumblers with glitter or an effect?

No.  Frosted tumblers do not have a double wall where flows, glitter or effects can be added.  You can only add a decal.

What is the "degassing" process?

When making your snow globe tumblers, we need to degas them. This allows all of the air to get out of the liquid and makes sure your snow globe tumbler has maximum liquid. This is a bit of a process and could take a few days, which may extend the shipping & handling time.

Tumbler Lids

How do you order a custom tumbler lid?

If you want a custom lid, please make your requests when ordering your custom tumbler.  Please describe what you would like using the note section in your cart when ordering.  Once we receive your request, we will send you any questions that we have to make sure your custom lid is designed accordingly.

What kind of tumbler lids do you have available?

Depending on the tumbler you purchase, it will be noted if it comes with a bamboo lid, acrylic lid or a colored acrylic lid.  If you would like to purchase extra lids, you can find our options on the Accessories page.

What are the options when ordering a custom lid for a tumbler?

You can find examples of custom lids that we have previously designed in our Flows and Effects Explained section.  It can range from whip cream, ice, rocks, glitter, charms, embellishments, etc.  We try to match the theme of the tumbler.  You are always welcome to provide your ideas to make your custom lid even more personalized.

How much is a custom tumbler lid?

Custom lids can range from $3 to $10, depending on the difficulty of the design and how many embellishments you plan to add.

Tumbler Care Instructions

Each custom tumbler will receive a tumbler care instruction card, and most will have a care label on the bottom of the tumbler.  Please hand wash only, gently with warm water.  Do not soak your cup in water.  Do not wipe with harsh chemicals. We DO NOT recommend a dishwasher or microwave.
