The upper end of the pen is an empty tube. We can fill your pen with anything you want; glitter, rhinestones, foil, glow, sand, dried flowers, etc.
Choose a pen color, and add glitter colors or what you want us to fill it with, a flow or effect, or whether you want it to glow in the notes.

Material: Made of metal. Writes in black ink.
Instructions: Rotate silver tip to open pen. Keep in mind that this pen splits in half. The top part is for decorations that is protected by a rubber stopper. The bottom part can be removed where you can rotate the refill to replace. (Filler not included).
